Nimrod:\u00a0 CEO \/ Co-founder at MySphera<\/a> where we help musicians reach new audiences through our roster of content creators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: Head of Product \/ Co-founder at MySphera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nimrod: It\u2019s kind of a wide spectrum but mostly European Library\/production music from the 60s-70s, Jazz & 90s Hip-Hop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: It\u2019s a wide range \ud83d\ude42 lately mainly to soul-R&B, afrobeats, hip-hop, disco-house and neo-classical electronics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nimrod: As a record collector, I think most of my music discoveries revolve around record stores (Nuweiba records<\/a>, Groove Merchant SF<\/a> & Record Mania Stockholm<\/a>). Besides that, I love the IG vinyl community, especially in smaller musical niches (@cavalierpiscopo<\/a>, @ballabili<\/a> & @groove_diggah<\/a>) and lastly, just exploring YouTube & Discogs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: Since we kicked off MySphera, it\u2019s actually become a great source for me to discover new artists! Other than that, I discover new music through new findings from DJs sets, and musicians I follow who recommend new findings. Also, since I love the randomness of exploring new music, I find a lot of new stuff on Instagram, and from Shazam-ing new things whenever I\u2019m out and about. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Nimrod; I often listen to Vinyl, in the past few years I really elevated my set-up. Problem is, you can\u2019t take your turntable when you\u2019re walking around, so I use YouTube music. Besides that, music streaming provides such a huge catalogue so it\u2019s always nice to listen to things you can\u2019t have on vinyl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: I mostly listen to music via streaming services, mainly Apple Music, Spotify (for both services I have premium accounts) and Youtube of course. The thing I appreciate the most about the streaming services is their wide catalogue, and my ability to manage my own music library. I got a nice pair of AR speakers, Thorens 166 mk2,\u00a0Creek Evolution 50A amp & Pro-Ject Tube Box S2 preamp.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: Almost always when I\u2019m commuting, and at home \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nimrod; Luckily working with musicians & having musician friends I get a lot of music pre-releases to check out. Besides that, I have 0 music making skills, so I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll send music in the foreseeable future \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: The vast majority of pre-released music I listen to comes from the musicians we work with, and from my musician friends who send their music before it\u2019s out there \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nimrod; I feel the most frustrating part for me is that there is no one place that music is sent to me from – from SoundCloud<\/a> secret links to Dropbox<\/a> – It\u2019s a mess keeping up! Byta \/ byta.com<\/a> is best for me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Netta: I\u2019m actually a fan of listening to music digitally. It\u2019s very intuitive for me. My main frustration around it is that it requires a lot of maintenance, in order to keep the latest findings or to track down old ones \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Nimrod; I try to catalogue everything sent my way. If it\u2019s something I love on YT I keep it in a playlist.
