  Why are my audio files saying that they are not a recognised format?<\/strong>

  Please ensure you are saving your audio out correctly at the source. Some conversion software incorrectly transcodes files, so there could be an issue. We recommend uploading the original file in the original format and leaving us to do the transcoding for you.<\/p> <\/div>

  My uploads are taking a long time to process, is that normal?<\/strong>

  If you upload in a lossless file format, the file sizes tend to be quite large, so moving through our system might take some time.
