The Forward Feature quickly and easily distributes audio files directly to outside collaborators. Team Plan users can Forward audio files to another user’s Audio library, setting sharing restrictions in the process.
When forwarding your audio files, set expiry date, file format, if stream-only and/or the number of downloads. For added security choose one‑click watermarking*. All of these restrictions will remain in place with the forwarded audio files.
The audio files in your collaborator’s Audio library can now be shared with any of their contacts, subject to the security restrictions in place.

Using Forward

Choose Forward
Navigate to the Share page, attach audio, confirm, then select Forward tab.

Customise your Forward
Set security restrictions as you would normally with a Share and add up to five contacts.

Add Attachments
Choose to attach a JPG, a PDF, the release date and 140 character message and click the “Forward Audio” button.

Forward Arrives in Audio library
Collaborators will receive an email notification and your Forward will show up in their Audio Library.

Restrictions Remain in Place
The recipient(s) can now share the audio files to their contacts as if they uploaded them themselves, subject to the restrictions you put in place.
