When you upgrade to your team plan, the next step is to start adding your team. The number of team seats you have to allocate depends on how many you selected on payment. Adding team members gives them access to a paid account, with 10GB of personal storage plus access to 10GB of shared storage that can be played, downloaded and shared by the whole team (where restrictions allow).

Managing Team Members on Team plans

Adding Team Members

Navigating to the Team Setting page allow you to manage your team members. On this page, you will see your available seats and add users to your team. Simply paste in the email address and click “invite” which will send an email to the user to inform them that they are now able to join your team.

If you wish to have more team members than are available on the payment page please get in touch.

Assigning the user as an Admin

If you wish to allow certain users full audio management rights then assign them as an admin (simply check the tick box). This allows the team member to edit restrictions of all audio in the Team Audio, plus delete any shared audio.

Additionally, admin rights allow them the ability to add and remove other team members.

Removing Team Members

Removing a Team Member can be done by visiting the Team Settings page and clicking “remove” next to the user. Once removed a user will be reverted back to being on a free account, removing their access to their audio, plus any shared audio.
