For users on the Creator + plans, the contact library is a helpful resource that allows for quick sending of audio out to large numbers of users in one go. Adding new contacts can be achieved in a number of ways but most simply using the “Add Contact” button you can manage individual contacts.

How To Add An Individual Contact

  1. Click ‘Add Contact’
  2. Enter the first and last names and email addresses (required fields) and then the optional Company and tags.
  3. Click ‘Save Contact’
  4. The notification banner will show ‘Contact Added’

Made a mistake? Editing a contact is simple too

Editing Contacts

  1. Click on the placeholder or text that you wish to edit
  2. Edit text and simply click anywhere else on the page to save
  3. The notification banner will show ‘contact updated’
